AI rises to expectations — and so do organisations

At school, children generally perform to the standards their teachers expect from them. Many studies have confirmed this: we rise to expectations.

Interestingly, this applies to AI adoption as well. A recent study [1] finds that AI is more useful to those businesses who have high expectations.

This means the human side of AI adoption is every bit as important as the technical.
