Where do we begin? Finding the bottleneck that pulls the whole chain faster

The most common question from clients is not "what can AI do" but "where do we begin?" It's all very overwhelming: new tools, new releases and a nagging feeling that you're being left behind. It helps to pause, take a breath, and think about what you can control: the work itself.

Pick something your team does repeatedly. Write down the actual steps in order. For a consultant that might be: collect client documents, synthesise them, extract insights, build a deck, present. Now ask: which step controls the speed of everything else? Not which is most important, but which one is the bottleneck that, if removed, would pull the whole chain faster?

In the example above, it might be "synthesise documents". The reading, the filtering, the effort to turn a pile of source material into something structured enough to think from. It takes the most time, produces the most inconsistency between engagements, and sits squarely in the critical path. An agentic tool can turn it into a repeatable process: documents go in, structured synthesis comes out, consistent every time.

Squash that one bottleneck and you get real value. More importantly, you free up some time to invest in finding the next one.
